Our Company

My name is Kiwi Mills, owner of TPS-MO L.L.C.  I started in 2007 as an accidental landlord, rented a few additional units and  started focusing more on real estate in 2012. In 2013, I formed an L.L.C. with a business partner to start getting building a real estate empire. My partner left shortly after, so I created a new L.L.C. and have been flying solo ever since. 

I mainly buy and hold and rent out my properties, as well as some rehab and hold. I also look to add more flips to my business model, leveraging my rehab experience from rehab and hold.  

In Q1-Q2 2020, I'm moving back to St. Louis (my hometown) after being in KS/KC for the  past 12+ years. Right now, I'm working to liquidate my current portfolio in the KC Metro and reacquire in the St. Louis Metro area.
